Personal Training

NO CONTRACT

All packages are contract free and you can choose to leave at any point.You will see first hand the value in our training i can assure you that. All one to one personal training will be located from The Gym Group Cameron Toll, Edinburgh. All in person packages must be used within a 5 week period after purchase.

 

4 Session Block

£140 Per Month
1 Session Per Week

Initial Check in - Before any training takes place we will have an in depth conversation where we will discuss your fitness and health history, your current fitness goals and answer any questions you might have. We will also complete health tests and set up your Client folder where you can track all your progress from measurements to Photos (Photos are optional) from your phone!

Tailored Workouts - Your programming will be tailored to you as an individual. Each exercise will have reason and purpose, be it hypertrophy training to increase muscle mass, strength based training, Fat loss or olympic lifting. Your workouts will be suited to your goal.

Full Nutritional Support - You will be given a specific caloric intake to hit each day to ensure you are on the correct path not just physically but nutritionally. My fitness pal Ap will be you best friend in this case helping you to log your meals.

30 Day Check in - Every 30 days we will asses your nutrition, goals, photos and measurements making sure we are moving in the correct direction while allowing us to adjust our workout programming as we go.

Private Support Group - You will be added to a private whatsApp group where all my clients share progress, support and boost each other on a daily basis. 

Daily Communication - 24 hour 7 day a week contact with myself via Email or WhatsApp answered as quickly and efficiently as possible.

 

8 Session Block
